We deliver outage management, incident response, planned maintenance, and performance reporting for TEDAS/EDAS distribution zones within a single operational model. We combine fast reaction on critical lines with planned resource allocation on non-critical tasks and maintain end-to-end traceability.
Our field teams in TEDAS regions manage the full lifecycle from incident intake to permanent fix and closure reporting. At kickoff, field safety, energy isolation, and risk checks are completed; then an intervention plan is built based on fault type, equipment history, and environmental conditions. When temporary mitigation is required, interim actions are executed to reduce outage duration while final repair logistics are prepared in parallel. At closeout, we provide auditable reports with technical findings, recurrence risks, and improvement recommendations.
